Playbooks: the GTM systems that move real numbers
A playbook is the build log most companies never publish: the actual system — tools wired together, the automation, the attribution model — that moved a metric, written by someone who shipped it.
What belongs here
- ▮The real setup, not the demo. The enrichment waterfall, the routing logic, the Clay table, the deliverability setup that keeps domains warm at volume.
- ▮The number it moved. What it replaced, how you knew it worked, what it cost.
- ▮What broke. The sync that quietly corrupted the CRM, the attribution model that lied, the automation that looked fine until it didn't.
Why operator voice
GTM-engineering advice online is either vague thought-leadership or a vendor pitch with a cover. Playbooks are the antidote: specific, reproducible, and honest about the trade-offs. If you can't rebuild it from the post, it wasn't a playbook.
